Anarchy Acoustics

These Terms of Service govern all purchases and use of products from Anarchy Acoustics. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All acoustic panels and related products sold by Anarchy Acoustics are made to order specifically for each customer. Production begins only after an order is confirmed. Because every product is custom-built, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed.

2. No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Since every order is manufactured exclusively for the customer, refunds are not possible once production has started or the order has been delivered.

3. Exchange Policy (Defect/Damage Only)

We offer exchange only if:

The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is damaged during transit
The wrong item was delivered

Any issue must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, the customer must provide:

Order number
Clear unboxing video starting before opening the package
Clear photos of the issue

Claims made after 6 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Product Variations

Our panels are handcrafted. Minor variations in:

Fabric shade
Texture
Wood finish
Dimensions (within small tolerance)

are normal and not considered defects.

5. Installation & Handling

Anarchy Acoustics is not responsible for:

Improper installation
Damage caused by drilling, mounting, or handling
Moisture, water exposure, or humidity damage
Modifications made by the customer

Once delivered and installed, responsibility for product care lies with the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timelines provided are estimates and may vary.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order is delivered.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order at delivery.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
Full payment may be required before production begins.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anarchy Acoustics shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages
Studio performance expectations or acoustic results
Loss of business, time, or revenue

Our maximum liability is limited to replacement of the defective product if approved under the exchange policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, product structures, and branding of Anarchy Acoustics remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
