Refund policy

At Anarchy Acoustics, all acoustic panels are made to order specifically for each customer. Because every order is custom-built based on your requirement, size, and finish, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders.
Each product is manufactured only after an order is placed and is made exclusively for the customer, therefore it cannot be returned for a refund once produced or delivered.

Exchange Policy (Defects or Damage Only)

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Transit damage

  • Wrong product delivered

Any issue must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

How to Report an Issue

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 6 hours of delivery and share:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)

  • Clear photos of the issue

Claims raised after 6 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Damage due to improper handling, installation, moisture, modification, or misuse is not covered.

  • Minor variations in fabric color, wood finish, or texture are natural and not considered defects.

Exchange Process

Once the issue is approved:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup where available.

  • Replacement will be dispatched after inspection of the returned item.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.
